SP6T RF UltraCMOS™ Switch

The PE4268 is a highly integrated high-isolation Switch designed for RF
applications, covering a broad frequency range from 100MHz to 3 GHz. This
single-supply SP6T switch integrates a three-pin CMOS control interface. It also
provides low insertion loss with extremely low bias requirements while operating
on a single 2.6 volt supply. It is offered in a 20-lead 4x4 QFN package.
