The PE4263 is a highly integrated high-isolation Switch designed for GSM applications, covering a broad frequency range from 100MHz to 3 GHz. This single-supply SP6T switch integrates a three-pin CMOS control interface. It also provides low insertion loss with extremely low bias requirements while operating on a single 2.6-volt supply. It is offered in DIE form.
