Peregrine’s UltraCMOS technology is a highly portable manufacturing process – combining the proven manufacturing techniques of CMOS with the exceptional performance results of ultra-thing Silicon-on-Sapphire (SOS) wafers. As such, UltraCMOS 0.25 and 0.5 processes are deployed in several world-class global semiconductor foundries which run both 6- and 8-inch wafers:
